Let's make your life a little easier and get that meal planning out of the way for a few nights! Join other moms raising a child with Down syndrome to prepare some delicious ready-to-bake (or freeze) meals while we chat about life, surviving COVID quarantines, and all the recent joys and trials that go along with it!
When: January 14 from 7:00-8:30pm(Snow date, January 21 from 7-8:30pm)
Where: Club Room at Hy-Vee at 84th and Holdrege1601 N 84th St., Lincoln, NE 68505
Who: Moms raising a child of any age with Down syndrome (Feel free to bring a friend or family member if that makes it more comfortable for you to come!)
What meals are we making?
Each meal serves 5-7 people and costs approximately $12-15/meal. DSAF will pay for one meal for each attendee. You have the option to pay for and make up to 3 more (for a total of 4 meals). Meal choices will be available soon.
Please RSVP by January 4 so Hy-Vee has all the necessary items ready for our group. Once you RSVP, you will receive an Eventbrite link prior to the event where you can select and pay for the meals you'd like to prepare.
