The National Down Syndrome Society

The mission of the National Down Syndrome Society is to benefit people with Down syndrome and their families through national leadership in education, research and advocacy.



National Down Syndrome Congress

It is the mission of the National Down Syndrome Congress to be the national advocacy organization for Down syndrome and to provide leadership in all areas of concern related to persons with Down syndrome. In that capacity, NDSC will function as a major source of support and empowerment to persons with Down syndrome and their families.



National Association for Down Syndrome

Provides critical Counseling and support for parents of newly diagnosed infants with Down syndrome as well as advocacy, referral and information services. In addition, NADS sponsor conferences and educational programs for parents and professionals, and conducts in-services for medical personnel and educators.



The ARC of the United States

This is the web-site of the ARC. The Arc of the United States works to include all children and adults with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities in every community.




National Information Center for Children and Youth
